From my perspective, uncomfortable and messy situations could totally be avoided if you'd said NO? To certain decision.
Almost everyone has been saying 'No' to certain favour or a task isn't as easy as one might think.
If not said right, it can often ruin friendships, relationships and a lot more. But agreeing to do something, that doesn't seem right or is uncomfortable for you isn't also always the right way to go.
So, what should one do in these situations? How to say 'No' politely.
If you are uncomfortable with the polite ways , you can always check out the rude ways on my next post.
It is tricky but it can avoid you a tonne of anxiety.
Here are 10 ways for you to say 'NO' in a polite manner:
1. I'm honoured but I can't
Saying this makes the one asking less disappointed and less hurt.
2. I wish there were two of me
This makes the person to feel that , you would help if you could.
3. Unfortunately, now is not a good time.
.The person would understand this just fine.
4. Sorry, I'm booked into something else right now
5. Damn, not able to fit this one in!
6. Sadly, I have something else
. when your friends ask you to assist them and you can't , this could help lessened the disappointment.
7. No, thank you but it sounds lovely, so next time
When you are being invited to a place you do my want to be at a particular moment. Saying this to deny such invitations is the best way to go about.
8. I'm not taking anything else right now
When you are being offered food or drink,
You could always say this to avoid taking it if you don't want to.
9. Thank you so much for thinking of me, but I can't!
This is in the event when you are being given something you do not want to accept. But really who on Earth would want not to accept a gift in this 2020? I know I wouldn't deny taken a gift. But if you ever feel like ever denying a gift, which I think it's totally dumb. You could always use number 9..
Comment for me to know what you think.

10. I have another commitment
